Refund policy

All items are carefully quality-checked before being shipped.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at hkeditco@gmail.com within two days of receiving your order to notify us of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

If your return or exchange is approved, the item must be lodged for return within two days in its original packaging. Please review the guidelines below, as some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

We are unable to process refunds for items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

Products can be returned if:

• They arrived damaged due to shipping.

Products cannot be returned if:

• The damage is due to normal wear and tear.
• You change your mind.
• The item doesn’t suit you.
• The item doesn’t fit (please refer to the size details in each product description).
• Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pre-Order Items:

• All pre-orders are made to order and are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item/s?

We do not accept exchanges for items due to change of mind or if they don’t suit your needs. Each product listing includes detailed specifications, such as length and weight, to help you make an informed purchase.
